Hold is a Module used for specific waiting tasks in the measurement.
Function
Hold waits the given time between applying new set values and measuring values for all variations and measurement points in the branch that Hold is in. It is performed between reach() and adapt() phase of the Sequencer procedure. It is basically needed whenever you like to stress a device or wait for stabilization at a certain set value before taking the measurement values.
Usage
Double-click Hold in the sequencer tab to edit the time. SweepMe! waits the given time in seconds without changing the applied parameters of any device. You can use the parameter syntax to parameterize the value.
Applications
This Modules can be used to stress a sample, e.g. at a certain current, or to reach steady-state conditions if a device needs time to settle.
